To my best ability, I do everything in my power to make sure my projects are up to standard, have little to no errors, and are as clean as they come.

Due to me being human, I am not perfect and thus there being: bugs, glitches, clipping, material errors, texture morphs, and the list goes on. With this being the only issues that will or can occur when receiving a product like asset(s) or avatar(s), it is recommended that you are sure of wanting the product and it meeting your expectations.

You are not allowed to refund a product due to your later dislike of said product, or things being bugged because of wrong import, game updates, or even modifications you made that later break the project as a whole. Refunds are generally not welcomed and we ask that you make sure to check out the whole post of the product that you're keeping an eye on before buying it.

I, Yukine, do everything I can to keep up to date and fix things on my end with as many projects as I can. If you are running into an issue, please reach out to me in which way you seem fit. I am busy with irl situations like family or work, if I have the time I will do what I can to get back to you and help. I also have mods and a community in my server that can be of help if you too are running into any issue(s).

You are only able to refund the product after communicating to Yukine about the situation at hand. There are acceptable reasoning, and unacceptable and unwelcomed reasonings:

[ Acceptable ] Refunds:

Refunding because you accidently bought the product more than needed/once.
Refunding because you are changing Gumroad accounts, with the accepting that you have proof of purchase. (This can be settled in DMs)
Refunding because you accidently put in the wrong information at checkout.

[ Unacceptable ] Refunds:

Refunding because the product didn't meet your standards.
Refunding because an update of the game, VRChat, broke the model.
Refunding due to the product not containing certain variables.
Refunding because you're leaving the community.

The Refund Policy post can be changed or updated at any point in time and it will apply to all new, old, or even unavailable products unless stated otherwise.
