Avatar Terms Of Service (TOS):

All avatars that are bought from Yukine are to be uploaded and use as a personal and private model. The model purchased is to be uploaded to your account and your account alone. Upon purchasing, you are not allowed to upload the model(s) to the following users regardless of your relation: acquaintance/friend/family.

If you wish to use avatars made by Yukine for streaming/content purposes, please contact Yukine on Discord or by our Ticket System through our discord. You are allowed to use the models on streams/videos/and or content related attributes, but you must credit the following:

Fail to credit Yukine for such purpose, you will be warned only once. Any additional warnings will result in reports of your post (DMCA), and restricted use of the model(s) in such matter. You are not given any more warnings after the given amount.

You are allowed to edit the model(s) to your own liking and content after purchasing the model, you are free to edit it however you like. This also includes making different variations of the model related to status such as converting it to: Very Poor, Poor, Medium, Good, Great, PC, and or Quest. If you do wish to take it further and convert Yukine's work to other virtual reality related games like VRChat, you must do the following:

Credit Yukine (Discord, Server, Shop Link, Product Link.)
Inform Yukine or their Mod(s) about conversion.

All model(s) made by Yukine are original designs and are not to be copied or claim as ones own. Claiming not only the model(s), but also the designs as your own is prohibited. This also follows if you are gatekeeping the model as your own from others regardless of the platform.

Editing or Ripping Assets off any Model(s) is strictly prohibited. You are not allowed to take assets for your own personal or commercial projects. If you wish to edit or use the assets that are on said model(s), you must buy them from the original creator of said asset and edit them on your own. Any assets/textures that are made by Yukine are not allowed for reuse or edits.

Reselling, Redistribution, Trading, Price Splitting, Leaking, etc. of Yukine's Model(s) is strictly prohibited. This includes the following:

Sharing the package and its contents with stranger/acquaintance/friend/family.
Trading of other model(s)/asset(s) to obtain said product.
Trading said product for other model(s)/asset(s)
Uploading the model(s) and its products on other sites, legal or illegal.

By buying any of the following products, you agree to abide by Yukine's Terms of Service (TOS). Failure to follow the TOS will result in a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) without warning.

Asset Terms Of Service (TOS):

All asset(s) made by Yukine are to be respectively followed to each of their following rules.

Free asset(s) are allowed to be used on the following:

Free Model(s)
Nitro/Public Model(s)
Commercial/Content/Commission Use Model(s)

Paid Asset(s) are allowed to be used on the following:

Nitro/Public Model(s)
This is only with the exception that you ask Yukine for permission!
Commercial Use Model(s)
Content Use Model(s)
Commission Use Model(s);
This is only with the exception that both parties have bought the asset!

Edits of any asset(s) made by Yukine are allowed with proper crediting, including edits of the: Rig, Mesh, Texture, Uv, and more.

Reusing any of my own personal textures and edits to an asset for other products that are not my own is strictly prohibited. This also includes claiming and gatekeeping the asset(s) as your own.

Gifting Terms Of Service (TOS):

Upon gifting any of my (yukine's) products to other users, you are required to input the receivers information into the given boxes. All must apply when gifting it to acquaintance/friend/family: Discord Tag/ID, Vrchat Username/User Link, and Email address.

Yukine's Terms Of Service (TOS) was last updated: April 30th, 2024.

The Terms Of Service (TOS) of Yukine's Product(s) can and will change at any point in the future and will apply to all products, even unreleased, unless stated otherwise by Yukine. Any updates to the Terms Of Service (TOS) will be put into motion ASAP without any acceptations or stated otherwise by Yukine.
